By enrolling in a class or workshop with Hot Sauce Burlesque School, I confirm that I acknowledge, understand and agree with the below terms and conditions:

1. Hot Sauce Burlesque School classes are 18+ and by enrolling I am confirming that I am over 18 years of age. Classes are open to all ages 18+, genders, races, sizes and fitness levels.

2. I am responsible for ensuring that I am medically fit for classes. Further to that, I release Hot Sauce Burlesque and its tutors against all costs incurred, expenses and all liabilities whatsoever that may arise as a result of my actions or tutors’ instructions during all activities and performances undertaken with Hot Sauce Burlesque School. Hot Sauce Burlesque School takes all reasonable care in the conduct of its classes. It accepts no responsibility for injury or loss caused in or near the classes and/or studios.

3. Hot Sauce Burlesque School does not offer refunds. If you have enrolled and notify us in writing via email 3 days prior to class commencement we can offer you a class credit for the following term or transfer the booking to another name. We cannot offer class transfers or credits once term has commenced.

4. I understand that all classes are subject to change without notice. We will always endeavour to notify registered students with as much notice as possible before class changes however we highly recommend always checking your emails on the day of a class. All classes require a minimum of 7 prepaid bookings in each class to proceed. If classes are cancelled due to insufficient enrolments, refunds will be processed back to your bank account or can be applied as a credit to another workshop/class.

5. I understand that any choreography taught in class remains the exclusive property of Hot Sauce Burlesque School and the relevant tutor/s and may not be replicated or performed in full or part outside of authorised Hot Sauce Burlesque School activities without express written permission from Hot Sauce Burlesque School. 6. Hot Sauce Burlesque School aims to create a safe, welcoming, inclusive environment for all students, regardless of age (18+), gender, race, body type or fitness level. To maintain this safe space, spectators are not permitted to watch or sit in on classes without participating. We have a zero tolerance for bullying, intimidation, dangerous or discriminatory behaviour.

7. My email address will be added to the Hot Sauce Burlesque School mailing list so that I may receive information on classes, performance opportunities and workshops. I may opt out of this at any time.

8. Any media or footage from classes or related performances remains the property of Hot Sauce Burlesque School. The school is entitled to use any media or footage from the event for any future promotions and/or advertising. All due care is taken to ensure that images of students published are chosen in "good taste" and any risqué images are restricted.

9. I understand that should I miss 3 consecutive classes; it is at my teacher’s discretion as to whether I am able to perform at the showcase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through the Hot Sauce Burlesque website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase products from our store. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. 

2. Orders and Availability

• All orders are subject to availability. While we endeavour to keep our stock levels accurate, merchandise is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST

• Payment must be cleared in full before we initiate the dispatch of your merchandise.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery estimates provided are estimates only.

• Hot Sauce Burlesque is not liable for any delays in shipping caused by third-party carriers or production timelines.

• We currently only ship within Australia.

• Incorrect shipping address - if an incorrect delivery address is provided by the customer and the order is returned to us, standard postage charges will apply to resend.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Change of Mind: We are not required to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind about a purchase.

• Faulty Items: If an item is faulty or wrongly described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your proof of purchase and a photograph of the fault.

• Clearance Items: All sales are final.

• To report a fault or other product issue, you must contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order - include your order number and photographs of the item.

• Lost Parcels: If your parcel is missing or damaged, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Solutions are subject to the investigation's findings.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, choreography, and imagery related to Hot Sauce Burlesque merchandise remain the exclusive property of Hot Sauce Burlesque.

• You may not replicate, reproduce, or distribute any part of our merchandise or branding without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Hot Sauce Burlesque shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the products purchased through our store.

8. Privacy

• Your information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Your email address may be added to our mailing list to receive updates on merchandise, classes, and events, from which you may opt out at any time.
